when a customer is printing a full colour a4 or a3 it sticks to the hotroller and wraps around it causing it to jam. machine had done a fair amount of prints. will it need a new hotroller?? a pm has not been done to this machine yet. but what exactly can it be?
i know increasing the lead edge can make a difference which i have done but i shoudnt have to do that.
I'd start with rebuilding the fuser, even if it's not time for a PM yet. These fusers typically run great then die as the hot roller / pressure rollers get soft, even if the belt is not terribly worn.

A worn oil supply roller is always a good cause for this too. I normally check them on EM and replace them if they look a bit dry, cleaning roller included. That way the belts and rollers do seem to last a lot longer.
