Take a look at the attachement from a Ricoh 3224c does this look like the laser to you guys, it also produces them in colour sometimes as well.

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.

- What orientation was this produced?
- Is this sample an actual output of the counter sheet or did you scan it SEF orientation through the doc feeder to produce the lines?
- On the actual document, do the lines go to the very edge of the paper. Your sample indicates that they stop short of edge, but that may just be due to the pdf conversion.
- If the actual print has the lines stopping short, then it would be dirty glass slit/optics.
