ricoh 1018 help please!

i have set up this copier for tray 2 to do A3, but every time i try to use it, it just keeps telling me to load paper, even though the draw is full!! can anyone help? please

The paper end sensor on tray 2 has probably come off. (11)

scrap that last post daz, your diagram just showed up....thanks very much.

It's fairly common, hopefully it's just a case of clipping it back on to it's bracket.
If one or more of clips have broken just use some super glue (just don't go mad with the stuff).
