are you using original toner? if not then you should find a good compatible toner.

Sounds like you are rebuilding the PCUs. I don't bother, more effort than its worth in the long run. I simply use the Type 1027 Photoconductor Unit, EDP 411018 and be done with PCU related issues.

Seems like fusing problem, check fusing temperature, and condition of fusing rollers...
