HI all.
Anyone out there had a PCU fail on a new machine (1600 prints) leaves a grey band down one edge (short edge) in feed direction,
i split the upper PCU and band was round charge roller also a line of coating worn off drum at edge of blade on opposite end.
I cleaned the charge roller and blade reassembled the unit and it seemed fine but customer phoned next day to say fault is back.
Any help appreciated.

this thread happened when drum has bad connectivity change drum also if toner is moisturized and also developer accrues in this grey line in edge of paper ...
