    Ricoh MP2500

We have a MPC 2500 which has gone into error mode, and has a blank screen. It starts to warm up then signals that it has gone into a service call condition, but because it has also got a blank screen we do not know what is up with it. Anyone have any ideas? Many thanks.

I have encountered the same problem. What I did first was I swapped the whole operation panel to check if it is good or not.I found out that there was nothing wrong in the operation panel.

I have rectified the problem by replacing the BICU board and the polygon motor at the same time.Proven and tested!

These models had a problem with the LCDC going non responsive, but I've not seen a blank one yet. Have you tried another op panel?

We have tried new control panel, no joy, unfortunately have no idea what the IP address is. So looks like polygon motor and BICU board next. Thanks for all your help. Will let you know how we get on.
