help on cl7300 ricoh

in my cl7300 the PCU / drum is full of toner (cyan, magenta) : the drum and the charging roller are full of toner.

And consumes too much toner. (black and c,m,y)

The transfer belt is clean, but not new.

Someone has an idea?

The problem occurs randomly (at least that's what I think) because sometimes prints with good color nice and clean (original oem toner ricoh), then the drum starts to get dirty and the charging roller to continuously call toner (the drum is full of toner)
