    How to solve my A3 image when it crash??

    How to solve my A3 image when it crash???
    I already change the heater unit and transfer belt assembly unit,but it did't solve the problem.The below is the sample and the red marking is the place it crash(the crash place is not stable)A3.jpg

    Don't you think it would help if you told us what model of machine you are working on? We should have a special forum for those that don't provide any observations. Maybe the "Psychic Connection"? =^..^=

    All A3 jobs or only on high coverage?

    Looks like a "Damp paper" crease. Is the lead edge of that sheet slightly curved? Fuser entrance guides clean?

    When using cheap paper, expect cheap results.
    $2.00 more per case isn't going to break anyone.
    Why do they call it common sense?

    Can I also chip in by saying that whatever machine it is, and we still don't have any idea, is unsuitable for this sort of coverage?

    I may have phrased that as a question, but it was rhetorical.

    My guess is that it's an MPc2500. Place your bets....now!

    It's not Kyocera Mita or Konica Minolta. And it's not keeping up with the black toner consumption. See how it starting to undertone in the black areas? =^..^=
