    hi guys

i have an mp 2000 that jams in the fusing unit when i copy anything with colour content and the copy gets wrapped around the hot roller what could be the problem.

so whats with the colour content bit? trying to understand as an mp2000 is b/w. what percentage is the copy i.e. 10% 80% coverage? you can adjust the lead edge to compensate for heavy coverage and non genuine toner is rubbish for these machines as well. destroys dev box unit, fuser jams and pcq. you can also adjust the picker finger metal plates but these cause premature wear ont the fuser roller

increase the lead edge erase margin.

replace the hot roller if contaminated by toner,

    use oem toner!
