I have a couple of these machine that will not print anything in black . Am I missing something simple ?
tried good working drums transferbelts even changed out the high voltage board.
Any help. please

for this pb remove the laser shutter plate (no exist on mp c2800!!)

Are you saying it will not copy in B&W that you get a blank page but it will copy in color?

Directly above the LSU, marked here as number 5. Leave numbers 8 and 10 intact, when you do remove it.

yes anything with blcack does not print

I would double check the image transfer charge roller there are 4 of them. The black probably popped out of position

Change SP2-914-001 and 002 to 45 to open and close laser shutter for a longer time.
