    Ricoh Aficio 3045

    This Ricoh Aficio 3045 has the capabilities to print, scan, and fax. The customer had their IT person come and set it up to scan but they can only scan to email. They are wanting to scan to a PDF and I am wondering if it is capable to do so with this copier? Thank you for any help given.

      Firmware network support ver. 5.12.5 rel.J. Introduce Scan to folder on Windows7 / Win2008R2

      Make sure you have upgrade that.
      And yes it can scan to folder in PDF.

          Agreed. Firmware update required for Windows 7 and up.
          If its not available, then scan to FTP in PDf is always an option
