E5 jam

I have the same problem.
I tried to use the defective duplex unit on other machine and it jams too.
Clutches as I can see works fine, because if there is problem with any clutch, than duplex will not operate when 1 sheet is printed.
I noticed that paper Jam only when machine print fast from it's memory or Ms word document.
When I print PDF document, first book comes out with no problem, but when it start to print second book, paper jam in duplex (error E5).
Also everything is fine while I copy even with ADF.

Please help if someone has any idea what could be the problem.
