Hello all,
Thank you for the opportunity to ask questions. I am a small business owner. It is really great to find places like this to ask questions and get real help!
I purchased a Ricoh 3800c MF copier from an auction. The machine works great. I was in the process of cleaning it and clearing information that was previously stored. I mistakenly erased all the user codes. When the machine reset itself, the user code screen came up and now I can not get into the machine at all.
There must be some hard coded technician or maintenance code I could put in. Does any one have any ideas?
