    I need to reset the 2850e mc. I did remove the epromp and put it back while the mc was unplugged. After swichting on the mc, the following error code displayed SC600. Can you please assist me?

    SC600: Communication error between SCU and conpane; (B)
    The SCU cannot communicate with Operation panel CPU properly
    Poor connection; SCU board defective; Operation panel defective
    Check your e-mail

    SC490: Ozone fan motor lock/Exhaust Fan motor lock (B)
    A fan motor lock signal is detected for more than 0.5 seconds from either fan
    Ozone fan motor defective; Exhaust fan motor defective; Poor connection of the fan motor; something is stuck in the fan motor.



    Easy one- one of them is probably unplugged
