Fuser oil has been known to leak over the black PCU which can make things pretty messy.
The colour reg problem is probably related to ITB requiring a service but leaking oil would also cause a problem there as well.

You need to confirm if it is a oil leak or not by taking out the fuser, black PCU and ITB unit.

If there's oil everywhere it's a clean up and damage assessment job.
