mp4000 fusing web don't roll up => jams

Hello,
Sometimes this happens. Could it be one of the one way bushings? Or is the bracket just worn (refurbished units)?
Roll up the belt manually is the thing to do...
Is this problem know to you?

There´s the rtb RD129049 in which the modified unit is described. But i believe that the band is not firmly streched this will happen.

Zeldaman, I didn't knew there was an RTB of it... Thank you. This RTB is more recent: RD009072, I guess...
