    PROGRESS! I was able to get into the WIM and set up scans! on the printout it now says that http is up. My only issue now is that when i type in the ip address on chrome i am getting this error. And in case you can't see the picture it basically says my connection is not private and it wont let me through. I did get through to the wim by going to the advance settings and hitting proceed which they said was unsafe. Why is it doing this? It never does this on any other of my machines. Another setting needs to be changed maybe? Thanks so much

    You need to delete the device certificate which is found in the webpage after you login under configuration-security.

    If you cannot get in to delete in WIM, Clear Web Service and NCS in SP mode, 5801-10 and 5801-11. You will then have to reenter your IP information and any other network settings that you so not want at the factory default. If you keep getting the security warning from Chrome, you to add a security exception. You might also try using Firefox.

    That was it! There was a certificate installed and after I deleted it everything went back to normal. You guys are awesome...thank god for this forum. Thanks to everyone who helped!
