4430NF Jamming after replacing the fuser

I recently replaced the fuser on my 4430NF with a brand new one (not refurbished) and now it is jamming.
When attempting to make a copy the paper gets through the paper path and jams half way through the fuser.
Any help given would be greatly appreciated.

...and the old fuser doesn't/ didn't behave this way?
Simple...Return the fuser for a replacement

I exchanged the fuser for antother new one and installed it.
When attempting to copy or print the paper is jamming in the same spot as before.
I have attached pictures to show where the jam is occuring.

Any help would be gratly appreciated

I asked previously if this was the reason that you replaced the fuser in the first place, and you never answered whether or not that was the case?
If so, I'd suggest the issue was never related to the fuser, but more likely the side cover safety switch being out of adjustment.
What often happens is over time the switch gets slightly bent inward, so even though the side cover is closed, the vibration of the machine can cause the cover to shift just enough that the switch is decativated (cover open condition), the machine stops and immediately goes into a jam condition.
An easy way to test it is to press firmly on the side cover while the machine is in use and see if the problem is still present.

@Sandmanmac Sorry, I miss read your first answer. No, The fuser i was having problems with had the coating chipping off of the heat roller and excessive toner build up on it.
I will look at the side cover switch and let you know.

@sandmanmac - I held the side cove door firmly and the machine still jammed.

@Davel - There was a piece of tape on the exit sensor actuator. Removed the tape and prints as it should.

Thank you both for your assistance.
