sound like fuser lamps are overheating.You probably need a PSU or BCU i would put my multimerter on the PSU wher the lamps plugg into if theres no 240 volts its the PSU if there is its the BCU.

could someone tell me what sc680 is? the end user could be wrong but this is what she told me. I am not at the location of the machine atm to verify code.

Heating roller fusing lamp overheat
The detected fusing temperature stays at 200 °C or more for five seconds.
Replecentment the PSU.
And the SC-680 may be......•Toner cartridge memory chip loose connection

•Memory chip cable wiring problem
