I just had three 01's come in with a whole lot of security and passwords on it...I reformatted the HDD (5-832-001), i executed 5-846-046 (which allowed me to get into administrator settings). Web and HTTP are up (which were my issues previously), but i still cannot get into the Web image monitor!
When i type in the IP address it says that it uses an unsupported protocol...look at the image i have attached.
I have a working 01 right next to it and i am trying to get everything to match exactly up, as far as system settings are concerned i believe they are identical. However, these three 01's have an option to "ERASE ALL MEMORY" under administrator tools, I have not seen that before or maybe i have but just glanced over it, I'm guessing this is different then SP 5-801?? Cause i don't want to do that nor do i think i have to. So my guess is there is a certificate on this machine that is preventing me from connecting, some ssl server certificate maybe...anyways i looked up the erase all memory and it says that it will delete SSL server certificates along with other stuff.
So should i perform that and if i do it gives me the option to #1. NSA #2. DoD #3. Random Numbers (3 times) What do those stand for and which should i carry out.
Thanks!
