Image problem

Hello to everyone,
I have problem with ricoh sp 211, printing half black, half blank!! I replace toner cartridges but not result! Any idea ?? Thanks

Possibly something to do with image transfer roller.
(The black foam roller inside the machine opposite the AIO drum).

Make sure it's spring loaded both sides and not lob sided.
It can be removed and bushings and contacts cleaned.
