Copies running light after a while. Replaced developer, New toner hopper , pipes all cleaned, and clear, toner supply motor New. Tones up after force toner supply . Did all the settings for light copies. Toner rate on 650.Also replaced development unit mag roller bearings. Development unit on 3 and a half million. Machine 21 million copies.Thanks Douglasc
Try the following:SP 2210 ID Sensor Pattern Interval change to 1
If happening during long print runs change SP 2506-001 to 1 and -002 50.
Replace the toner cylinder (the one before the pump). It happened to me and that was the solution.

How are all PCU pm parts, I would think you may need to replace dev unit.
