    MP 9000 Ricoh

    Machine has gone on standby during a run.
    She stays that way. no further response from the machine.
    All power boards replaced and no result.
    Anyone have an idea? thanks

    Check the fuser thermostats for continuity.
    Also, check the drum potential sensor for dust or bad connection.

    There's firmware that fixes this issue.

    System_Copy firmware ver 3.01.1 or later
    LCDC firmware ver 1.11 or later (Language firmware ver 0.71 or later)
    Printer firmware ver 1.26 or later
    Websys firmware ver 1.08 or later
    WebUapl firmware ver 1.06 or later
    Scanner firmware ver 1.13 or later

    Wire from the toner pump was short-circuited with the mass.
