    MP6001 Email reception (not scan-to-email)

I'm trying to configure an MP6001 to print incoming email.

    I have set the following:

    Reception Protocol: POP3
Email Reception Interval: On / 2 minutes
POP3/IMAP4 Server Name: (my POP server name)

There seems to be no place to enter username and password so I entered in POP before SMTP and also E-mail Notification Account.

When I do an Email Connection Test from the GUI the test states it is successful, however, nothing is ever printed, and the POP server always reports the email unread. The test email I have sent contains a PDF which does print properly via Port 9100.

This machine does not have a fax. Could that be related?

Thanks to anyone who could offer advice.

You can only receive from one email account. It is the account that you use to authenticate in the SMPT server settings.

I’m fairly sure that only JPG and PDFs are supported, and that PostScript is required.
