    W3600 toner all over page

    Hello,

Have a ricoh w3600 that I replaced the drum, side drum cleaners, fuser cleaner and a belt. After tearing it down, cleaning everything and finding a new spring for one of the corona wires (lost it). Something is dumping toner all over the page. I have taken it back apart and don't see anything out of the ordinary. Any help would be great. Ive attached a picture20181220_143629.jpg

Looks like drum spotting to me.Is it a Ricoh drum or an after market drum? Has it been setting on the parts shelf for an extended period of time or in a room with high humidity?

It is a factory drum and it was very well packed, and protected. The dots are not consistent also. Also I have taken the drum back out and see no marking.

Don't know this models but check out recycling/ waste toner section. Marks look like damaged recovery blade or full recycling section.

I would replace the lower cleaning unit seal (B1253563) It's the whole lower frame of the cleaning unit with the seal attached.

Agree on this. Also make sure the toner collection coil is not clogged at the end.
    Aye! Cut the crap
