    430dn reset to factory

Can someone please pm me with the procedure to reset a SPC430DN back to factory? I have a customer who's IT guru changed the admin username and password as well as the supervisor. Cannot log into the web interface or panel. Best I have is I can get into the service mode. Tried clearing the memory but still no go.
    Thanks

And that IT guru won't give you the passwords? If not tell him that he will be sued for the cost, parts and labor, to replace the NVram.

What I guess I'm asking is do I have to change the NVRAM to get back to default or is there a backdoor into a reset like the copiers?

    Re: 430dn reset to factory

Hello, I can someone PM the instructions to reset to factory to me also? I inherited this printer when the office shut down and the person who create the admin password is nowhere to be found. Thank you.
