    If they do not say Genuine Ricoh on the box, they are not.

    In all your years on these machines you have never had a quality issue other than the cartridge or fuser?

    It is only Genuine Ricoh if that is printed either on the cartridge or the box. OEM only means that it meets the Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications for contents. It does not mean that it meets the quality control Ricoh places on what they provide. The only after market toner that matches or beats Ricoh's standards also charge as much or more as Ricoh. In addition you stated that you have products from 4 different suppliers.
