1) not your Dear
2) smb scan in win10
limited to smb2/3
3) depends if your unit can run on it
4) plenty of threads on CTN discussing it
5) when you ask for help you really need to give as much info in OP as you can.

Now like many "ol farts" here.. I feel if you can't do research.. and read the manuals..

Did your copier work before. If so then you just need to do a firmware upgrade that support smb2/3.
