Go to the Ricoh driver download web page, scroll to the bottom and select firmware/other OS, then select firmware. The next page is the firmware update tool.

Ah, I see, that gives access to download the firmware download tool. Ricoh USA and Ricoh Canada appear to be having a problem tonight. Only showing brochure and operator manual when searching any 02 color. Ricoh UK does work.

No Tim, this is always the case.
The North American support and download page is brutal! All kinds of models are missing:
For Example, the C4502 isn't listed, yet the C3502 is. Very annoying
However, the F/W update tool is applicable to all models and available via any model driver download page.
