Read the training material pay attension to the things they go out of the way to point out and study the SM detailed descriptions.
But generally those WICE exams are pretty easy to pass, I did half of mine without doing any studying at all, but all I do is work on Ricoh's day in, day out so that should be the case.
Read/use and search the training notes as a lot of the answers are only in there .

Run 2 browsers and 1 Adobe.
One with the study guide and one with the test.
Cut and paste the question into search on Adobe.
In the second browser do the review section and click fast till you see the answer.
It is not cheating because now you know how to search within the service manuals and information on the net.
That is all they want so it cuts down on support calls.
How many instructers either read from the book or rotate the reading between students?
Then we would tear that section down.

Read all questions carefully! When you read too fast you can interpret the question wrong.
