    working on Rico

    I have reasently been givein the oportunity to take on five Rico copier for maintence model number 1013,1045,2015,3800C are they hard to work on? I have been working on minoltas for 25 years so I know my way around the copier I could use some feed back thank Alonzo

    I think these machines are'nt any different in maintenance than other machines. As long as you keep them clean and perform PM on the right moment, you're fine.

    The 2015 has an issue concerning the stripper pawls. The old model stripper pawl can cause jams in the fusing unit.

    The 3800C is an old machine. I would try to convince the customer to replace it.
