    Printing a document that has legal and letter pages

    I have a customer that wants to print to their Ricoh 2075 with a document that has Letter and Legal pages in it. Unfortunately it will only print the first 3 letter pages but when it get's to the first legal page it will display paper size mismatch.

    Has anyone ran into this?

    Hello,

    Have you tried turning "Sub Paper Size" to auto &/or "Auto Continue" to immediate or 0 minutes. Both of these can be found in the user tools settings on the copier under printer.

    Hope this helps

    in the printer driver, there is an option:

    document size ---> Paper size

    set paper size fix to letter and choose the option "fit to paper size"
