how do u clear waste toner. reset count but still getting message. appreciate any help

The machine has two waste toner sensors. Check out the attached file. The toner bank is probably the issue. We had a bunch of these popping codes and this bulletin was the fix. don't forget to clean up the auger system first. Good luck![ATTAWaste toner full problem.pdfCH]1505[/ATTACH]
