Smart Device Monitor for Admin issues

Hi, I'm using SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin Version 7.4.2.0 and am finding that all of my users aren't alphabetized properly when displayed on the Aficion screens. I have 2 Aficio MP 5000's and 1 Aficio MP C2500. They are all having the same issue.

I add users through Smart Device for Admin in the address Management tool. I put in a name and Key display, I use the "Title 1:" to set the proper alphabetic character. I fill int the rest of the destination information such as fax number or email address.

What I'm noticing on the Aficio MP devices is that in each alphabetic group they are in thier respective 2 or 3 character groups (AB, or CD or IJK) but they are sorted by Registration number within those respective groups.

Is there a way to have these alphabetic groups show in alphabetic order and not Registration number order?

I think the only way to do this is to export the address book to csv file and use excel to arrange by alphabetic order and import the address book back into the machine.
