Hi, I have a problem with my SP C410 DN. The printer is in perfect condition and really low usage (a couple of packs of paper, not more).
After the exausting of the stock toner cartridges, I bought a refill kit (original ones costs half the printer!) and I refilled both 4 tubes.
The printer went well on the way until some days ago, when a "check cyan toner cartridge" appeared. Menu options aren't available anymore since it returns all the way on the error message.
First of all, I was concerning about the chip, because the refill procedure has the disadvantage of loose the cap of the bottles. To fasten it and keep the chips in place I applied a thin layer of tape between cap and bottle, avoiding to spread in wrong places like the chip itself or the openings and guides. A good work I think.
I checked, but the tape was still in place and with no clearance between cap and bottle, so I tried to take off and reset in place the cartridge but it was useless.
I checked the contact lids on the printer and they are ok, stiff and clean.
Now, I have no ideas about that.

Suggestions?
