need help with cl7000 please.

Hi i just wondering if anyone can help me. My cl7000 has started to print with blue vertical lines on it when printing in colour. It does this for maybe the first 20 prints (duplex) then it goes away and then it fine. Does this every time i come to use if its been off for a day.

total colour prints is only 55k - black 16k

Just wondering if it could be the blue pcu, or could it be the transfer belt?

Looks like the cyan PCU may be going. The printer PCUs are supposed to go 45,000 so you got a little more life out of them.
You'll need to order a Maintenance Kit Type 7000A which gives you all three colour PCUs.

Thanks for the reply. Can you just change one at a time or do you have to replace all 3 at the same time? I only ask as i got the printer second hand and the person i bought it from had recently changed the magenta and yellow pcu but not the cyan. Shall i just replace them all?

You can replace them one at a time. That way you get more bang for your buck.
