Smile Fiery E7000

Good Day,
I have fiery E7000 connected with CS555.(Venus 1)

The problem is printing is working fine, web scan is not working.
i have changed the fiery HDD.After changing the HDD web scan is worked for only one day.

I will able to select scanning resolution,i can able to give dest number for scanning,i will able to select mode color / B/w. But once i press the green button . the machine will hang. and after 2 min. sc997 will apear on the display.
I am expecting some advice from you all.

Regards,
Raja.

It could be that the IT guy logged with admin rights for setting it up, and it worked fine that day. And then the next day when the local user without admin rights logged in it has problems. Make sure the local account on the workstation has Admin rights.
