How to reset Ricoh Aficio 270 after changing the drum ?

I have a ricoh aficio 270 and last week it display " replace the photo conductor on the panel board "

So i changed the drum and blade unit but after changing it , it still ask me to replace the photo conductor unit.


Anyone there know how to reset this machine again ???

Take out the Drum Unit another Time ther is a little blach Flag at the rear side with a half Moon Gaer on it. Hold this down and turn the Drum leftwise so the Flag goes in to the Drum gaer and turn on the initial position like a new Drum unit.Put it back in and The copier start also Developerinitializaion. The Display shows nothing anymore!

which button do i need to press first in order to do the setting ...
