Ricoh Aficio 1027

I have a Ricoh aficio 1027 with error code SC792, We tried to reinstall it and still didn't work.
Does anybody has an idea about what to do?

If I remember correctly that is a finisher error. Try disconnecting the finisher and reboot to see if the error goes away. If it does shut down the machine and reconnect the finisher and try again.

Realign the stapler unit.
Take off the cover closest to the copier and try to move the stapler by hand.
Caused by customers pulling the unit too hard to replace staples.
