MP C2500 can not print on A4 thick paper

MP C2500 can not print on A4 thick paper and is leaving black and blue lines on the printouts

Did you tell the machine that you're using thick paper? When the machine thinks it's normal paper you get lines and other rubbish on the page. Just choose thick paper in the printer driver.
