Transporting Ricoh Printer

I'm fixing to move my Ricoh SP811 from a walk up second floor and drive it 80 miles to get serviced. Aside from being the normal careful moving the unit and walking it down the steps anything special I should look out for?

Keep it as level as possible, take out the toner's and PCU's, keep them level and in a bag where they're not likely to leak or spill. That's about it really. Can't stress keeping it level enough.
