Printer has 63K black prints and a week ago the REPLACE BLACK PCU message appeared on screen. (Black pcu has been replaced normally at 50K, last year.) So i gave a new one to my customer and he replaced it.
Now, every time it wakes up from standby mode, it takes two to three minutes to go 'Ready'. Scrolling down Maintenance menu i can see 100% estimated life for Black PCU. Copy quality is perfect.
When i put the old one the printer goes Ready in a few seconds every time and c.q is perfect...
I would like to ask why this premature failure (13K print only) happened and why initialisation lasts too long since replacement...Could it be a worn-new-PCU?
Thanks a lot for any input...

Re: SP-C410DN
I would manually reset the Black PCU (SP 7804-002, Engine Service Mode) and try it again.
It could be fine.
