Customer changed the toner and now it is inoperable with message "smart service call 0548H" what the heck is that?

400546 to 40056F(H) - Night timer period
400546 to 400548(H) - Setting #1 for Monday
400549 to 40054B(H) - Setting #2 for Monday

Too many Digits Paul. But thanks for the try.

FixYa had a mention of it being a fuser code. So I told the tech to reset it with 5810. And that reset it for 15-20 seconds then came back up, so I think it is a fuser problem. Will replace it.
The only other time I have seen this xxxxH code is for a Poly motor and that was on a very old Aficio 200.
