FAX 1140L firmware

hello all,

I have 3 pieces of this machine in my office.

Is any firmware awailable? Because one doesnt copy documents, just sents and prints fax.

Hi these machines are ok TBH, you say it does not copy, i would ask that you are pressing the correct button.
If the machine prints and fax's then it must copy.
i believe that you dont press start to copy its another button and if you look carefully you will see

IF THIS DOES NOT RESOLVE IT THEN TRY THE FOLLOWING TO RESET THE COPIER
press the following keys:

1. DOWN ARROW, *, #
2.press OK
3.press the #1 key and then OK
4. press stop
5. press the DOWN ARROW, #, then the UP ARROW key( machine will display T-PRINTER ERROR)
6. press OK then reboot

Hey u were right! i was pressing the wrong button!

Can i ask 3 more questions?

1) When i finally made the copy, the black darkness wasnt good enouph. What i can do to increase it? Any setting ?

2) Toner managment setting -without- is it good for the machine? Can toner to be spilled inside cause of this setting?

3)Bios firmware update needed?

Ι had this file, and thank you, the toner magagment "without" setting is not recommended, by the user guide, because it can spil toner inside the machine. Is it true;

And i read all, where is the toner increase darkness setting;

What is manuals4you's problem? Does he just like to cause problems and piss people off? Afraid that an owners manual that is FREE from the manufacturer might steal a few undeserved pennies out of your pocket?

I looked, and there is NOTHING is the Forum Rules that prevents me from sharing a free users manual (linked to or not) with my fellow posters. The only thing you are going to do is piss everyone off, so that the only posters left on here are you and end users who don't know anything about service. What good will the site be at that point?
