en mode fax par df le A4 portrait passe en A3

je recherche un parramêtre fax pour qu'un document (par le DF) A4 potrait(LEF) passe en format A4 comme le A4 paysage (SEF).
A l'installation le document A4(LEF) est envoyé en A3 avec une reception en A5 et le A4(SEF) envoyé en A4 avec reception A4.
les détecteur fonctionne bien en mode copie.

When you install the document A4 (EWL) is sent to A3 with a reception in A5 and A4 (SEF) sent in A4 with reception A4.
the sensor works well in copy mode.

Nope still no clue.
