I mistakenly installed German version of the lan-fax driver for MP C4500, but realized the error, uninstalled and reinstalled English version. But the German menus still appear when compsing fax to a recipient. I went as far as removing anything that has to do with lan-fax in registry - nothing has fixed it for me so far. Any clues?

What OS are you using? If Windows, then use printmanagement.msc in Run.
Make sure that Print Spooler is currently running when you open this, then restart it after you remove the driver. You may also need to remove the device from Device Manager.
Or, you may be able to get around this by simply installing the English driver, go to your Devices and Printers (or whatever it may be called on your OS) -> right-click the driver -> Printer Properties (or simply Properties on some versions of Windows) -> Advanced -> New Driver... -
