    Sorry for the late response, I was on vacation last week. As far as the thermistors go. I replaced the whole Fusing Unit. I have clipped the wire ties from the connector all the way to the board and power supply, check connectors. The one thing I have noticed is if I turn the machine on with the fuser out of the machine and then add the fuser it will sometimes give the code but not always. The power and enviroment issues should not be a problem since it is in my office and still does the same thing. Thinking of trying a power supply.
