HI GOOD DAY i have a problem with this machine by mark priport 1010 RICOH. this machine was printing when the ink got Finnish and the machine start giving out blank copy i replace the ink but the machine keep giving blank copy. please i wish to know how i can pom the ink to Flor in the drum or what can i do to solve this problem. thanks for your consent

You can try priming your ink supply by running the ink pump motor in tech mode.
I usually cheat the door and squeeze the ink bag while running the pump. Worst case scenario, you open up your drum unit and turn the pump by hand. If the ink still won't come out, clean or replace all the o-rings. There is also an adjustment for ink detection.

Check to see if you have two masters, one on top of the other, or a sheet of paper under the master.
