Yes but only for about 2 years.
From what I've read in the brochure it doesn't look so bad. The All-In-One Cartridges are going to be expensive. But if the enduser can install then all by themself, it's not that important. Hopefully the enduser won't try to feed plywood through it. The heaviest media the paper tray will take is 130g/m2, and 162g/m2 for the bypass.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Ricoh's estimation for the 4310 is AVC at 3000/month. Or 36000/year. I have a Ricoh sp5200 in the field that is running about 44K/month, and there should be a printer version of that engine. Also the 4310 ships with the infamus Starter Cartridge.........

Lanier's webpage puts the maximum duty cycle at 150,000 prints per month. That is based on a 37 page per minute letter print speed and about a 40% duty cycle, 8 hours, 21 days a month. At your customers expected prints per month, you should be alright. They will exhaust the starter cartridge (6000k capacity) in about one month. After that they should go about 2 months on an AIO cartridge (15,000 K).
