SAC 866 is an authentication error for the SD card. This means that the SD card is either corrupted or for the wrong machine. You can use application move to copy other applications to the PS3 card if you have more application card than slots. Move cannot write to the PS3 card with an PC as that most likely will corrupt the card structure.
